Returns at Meline Vintage

We encourage you to review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Condition of Returns
Returned items must:

• Be unworn since delivery
• Be returned in the same condition as received
• Show no additional damage, odor, or alterations

Please note: As all items are renovated vintage shoes, minor wear and imperfections are not considered defects.

3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
